Yes, there are restrictions on weight, age, and health for various activities. These restrictions vary depending on the specific experience and will be outlined in the 'Advisory' attachment on the product pages of our website. These restrictions are based on established Indian and global standards of equipment and activity intensity, prioritizing customer safety above all else.
For expeditions like trekking, safaris, bike, and car trips, you'll have a Trek leader, expedition marshal, or expert guide accompanying you. For activities such as paragliding, bungee jumping, etc., trained instructors will be available at the location for guidance and activity briefings. All on-ground staff are managed directly by our vendor partners, who are experts in their respective fields and undergo thorough training.

These partners undergo rigorous evaluation across more than 75 safety and quality standards, including certifications, licenses, manpower qualifications, emergency preparedness, equipment standards, age, and maintenance. If you've already experienced the activity, we can't issue a refund. However, if you're unhappy due to poor quality, our customer care team will look into it and provide a solution. Please contact our team with your concerns.
If bad weather or uncontrollable circumstances prevent the vendor from delivering the booked experience, they'll need to reschedule it. You'll be notified about any changes beforehand. If the vendor cancels without rescheduling, you'll receive a full refund.
