Are there any restrictions based on weight, age, or health for participating in activities?

Yes, there are restrictions on weight, age, and health for various activities. These restrictions vary depending on the specific experience and will be outlined in the 'Advisory' attachment on the product pages of our website. These restrictions are based on established Indian and global standards of equipment and activity intensity, prioritizing customer safety above all else.

Will PlanMyAdventure provide trained personnel for on-ground assistance?

For expeditions like trekking, safaris, bike, and car trips, you'll have a Trek leader, expedition marshal, or expert guide accompanying you. For activities such as paragliding, bungee jumping, etc., trained instructors will be available at the location for guidance and activity briefings. All on-ground staff are managed directly by our vendor partners, who are experts in their respective fields and undergo thorough training.

How does PlanMyAdventure ensure customer safety?

We meticulously select top industry vendor partners through physical verification to guarantee customer safety. These partners undergo rigorous evaluation across more than 75 safety and quality standards, including certifications, licenses, manpower qualifications, emergency preparedness, equipment standards, age, and maintenance. Does PlanMyAdventure offer travel insurance?

Currently, we do not offer travel insurance directly. However, certain activities may include insurance provided by our vendor partners. Details regarding insurance coverage will be clearly stated in the inclusions section of the product page on our website.  

Does PlanMyAdventure own the activities/equipment?

PlanMyAdventure is solely a booking platform and does not possess any equipment or control any part of the activities provided on the ground. However, we thoroughly assess vendors, activities, and equipment against more than 75 safety and quality standards.  

Policy
I wasn't satisfied with the experience. Can I get a refund?

If you've already experienced the activity, we can't issue a refund. However, if you're unhappy due to poor quality, our customer care team will look into it and provide a solution. Please contact our team with your concerns.

What if the vendor can't provide the experience I paid for?

If bad weather or uncontrollable circumstances prevent the vendor from delivering the booked experience, they'll need to reschedule it. You'll be notified about any changes beforehand. If the vendor cancels without rescheduling, you'll receive a full refund.

What are the cancellation rules at PlanMyAdventure?

You can get a full refund for most experiences if you cancel between 2 days (12 am) to 15 days (12 am) before the scheduled start date. Check the cancellation policy for each experience under the 'Policies' section on the product page of our website.  

Will I receive immediate confirmation once I book?

Adventure Tourism doesn't always have real-time inventory from our vendor partners. After receiving your payment according to our terms, you'll get a booking confirmation within 24 hours. If your chosen date isn't available, our team will reach out to find the best alternative. If you don't receive confirmation or want to cancel before receiving it, you'll get a full refund.

What payment methods are accepted?

You can pay using various methods on our website, including Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, Prepaid Instruments, and Bank EMI.

I've changed my phone number and can't log in. How do I access my account?

You can access your account using either your registered phone number or email address. If you need further assistance, please contact our customer care team.

Can I change my booking?

Please contact our customer care team for any changes to your booking. You can request a date change within the eligible time frame for a full refund. If my card doesn't work on the payment gateway, can I use another channel?

Yes, you can use alternative channels like UPI or Net banking. All payments must be made directly on our website. Contact our customer care team for payment assistance.  

What should I do if my payment fails but the amount is deducted?

If your payment fails but the amount is deducted, it will be refunded to your bank account within 1-2 business days. If the amount is not credited, please contact our customer care team.

Can I pay in installments?

Yes, you can pay the booking amount in installments using the payment gateway, if your bank allows it.

Can I pay upon reaching the location?

No, full payment must be made on our website before starting the experience.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Refunds are usually processed to your bank account within 7-10 business days.

Many experiences offer options and add-ons that you can select. For large group bookings, customization options can be discussed with our customer care team. You can also use our 'Customize your adventure' feature to tailor your entire trip by choosing activities, locations, and dates. This option is available for groups of any size, including solo travelers.

Do I need to bring anything for my chosen activity?

Our vendor partners will provide all necessary equipment and safety gear on-site. You should bring basic items like appropriate clothing, water bottles, and other accessories listed in the 'Things to carry' section available on each product page's attachments on the website.  

Does PlanMyAdventure also arrange hotel bookings at activity locations?

We've chosen vendors who offer complete services, including accommodation arrangements for experiences that span multiple days. These services will be included in the packages offered to customers. Details can be found in the 'Inclusions' section on the product page. However, for activities that can be completed in a single day, our vendor partners do not arrange accommodation. Customers are advised to plan and arrange their own accommodation and travel.

Does PlanMyAdventure manage transportation arrangements to the activity location?

No, PlanMyAdventure operates solely as a booking platform and does not handle transportation to the activity location. However, some of our vendor partners offer pick-up and drop-off services from the nearest point for certain experiences. Details regarding transportation can be found in the 'Inclusions' section on the product page. Alternatively, customers can inquire with our vendor partners about pick-up and drop-off facilities after booking. Please note that flight and train tickets are not included in any product.
